Dr. Hobeychi, podiatrist, holds a Doctorate of Podiatric Medicine from the prestigious New York College of Podiatric Medicine. He completed his residency at St. Barnabas Hospital in New York City where he learned foot surgery from internationally renowned podiatric and orthopaedic surgeons.
Once he returned to Quebec, he began an academic career and helped launch the Doctorate of Podiatric Medicine program at Université du Québec à Trois-Rivières (UQTR), the first French-speaking program of its kind in the world. He currently still serves as a professor and resident supervisor.
Dr Hobeychi, podiatrist, is at the forefront of innovations for the treatment of foot conditions. He favors the least invasive and safest intervention techniques in order to limit recovery time and allow his patients a rapid return to normal life and productivity. Dr Hobeychi, podiatrist, has performed over 5,000 procedures. He is one of the few foot podiatrists to operate a private practice in Canada.
Originally from Terrebonne, Dr. Kelly Kojzar, podiatrist, has a Doctorate of Podiatric Medicine from UQTR. She completed various hospital internships where she developed and grew her skills in wound care and at-risk populations. She has also participated as a speaker at an event organized by the Regroupement Québécois en Soins de Plaies. The Clinique et Centre de Chirurgie Podiatrique de Terrebonne has a medical team that shares her values, where patient-centred care is a priority. She is a member of the Ordre des podiatres du Québec and is certified in radiology.
MEET YOUR PODIATRIST TODAY
Dr El Aziz Djebali, podiatrist, holds a Doctorate in Podiatric Medicine (DPM) since 2022. Throughout his studies at the University of Quebec at Trois-Rivières, he was involved in the promotion and representation of Podiatry, in particular as president of the association of students in Podiatric Medicine. Holder of an x-ray and ultrasound license, he benefits from many resources to make the right musculoskeletal diagnoses and expertise in wound care and minor surgeries.
Passionate about biomechanics and sports podiatry, he holds a certification in manual foot therapy, allowing him to take care of sports injuries in a more holistic way. His empathy and his desire to help people make him a caring podiatrist, determined to help you get back on your feet quickly.
Anne-Louise Smith has a Doctorate of Podiatric Medicine from UQTR. She completed an internship at the New York College of Podiatric Medicine that included rotations in surgery, orthopaedics, paediatrics, and radiology. She also completed internships at the Centre hospitalier régional de Lanaudière and the Centre hospitalier de Trois-Rivières in the nephrology and wound care departments.
Anne-Louise is currently enrolled in the foot surgery program at the New York College of Podiatric Medicine and is therefore not available for patient appointments at the clinic. We look forward to her return after her studies in 2022.
